FanLi Marine and Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is dedicated to providing a host of services to support and promote the management, conservation and sustainable use of living aquatic FanLi Marine’s companies offer a spectrum of services that cover the assessment and management of a spectrum of aquatic biodiversity including:

  • Aquatic habitats and ecosystems.
  • Assessments of aquatic productivity such as phytoplankton, zooplankton and macrobenthic fauna.
  • Fish, aquatic reptiles and aquatic mammals.
  • Fisheries, including marine capture fisheries and recreational fisheries.
  • Aquaculture farms, including for compliance with GlobalGAP production standards.
We have worked in offshore waters for the oil and gas industry and seabed mining industries, in lakes and rivers as part of Integrated River Basin Management regimes, in mangrove swamps as part of coastal zone management planning. We have advised government departments, private aquaculture operatives, resort managers, fishing companies and others. We have contributed into coastal zone management plans, integrated shoreline management plans, beach beautification studies and environmental impact assessment studies.
FanLi Marine group of companies consist of two major arms that operated as separate companies but are compliant to the same overarching goals.

FanLi EcoLab Sdn. Bhd. This operation provides a broad range of biological laboratory services, including phytoplankton, zoo plankton and microbenthic assessments as well as fish kill investigations.
Fanli Marine and Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. is a consultancy operation that provides a broad spectrum of consultancy services.
